Postage & Delivery
CHRISTMAS - Orders that are placed after 15th December will not arrive before Christmas Day. These orders will arrive sometime in the New Year only if the product is still available as we cannot guarantee that we have the stock even if the website says it is available.
We are only a small business and as of yet we choose not to ship overseas or to the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly or the Channel Islands. If you manage to place an order to one of these locations then we will decline your order and refund you the amount paid.
Portsmouth & Truro Postcodes - if your location is in one of these postcodes: Portsmouth PO30-PO33, PO35-PO41or TruroTR21-TR25, then we will ask you to pay a surcharge that our courier places on these locations. You can pay this here.
Postage costs start at £5.95 and are capped at £25. These costs are automated based on the size and weight of your chosen items, however, if you order a quantity that weighs more than our website can track automatically we may ask you to pay further shipping costs to cover the excess.
We pack and ship all orders either on the day or the next working day after receiving the order. Any orders placed outside of normal working hours will not be processed until the next working day. Orders that you choose to pickup from the store (delivery method “Store Pickup” doing checkout) can be collected on the next working day.
All parcels are shipped via courier as either 2+ or 3+ day delivery - we aim to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible, but not next day.
You should receive an email with tracking information after your parcel has been packed and dispatched, usually from Evri. They may also send you text messages if you provide a mobile phone number.
If you mistakingly chose to collect from store and you can’t pick up your purchases, you will need to pay the full postage. You can do that here.
Sale or Discounted items
There are no refunds for discounted items in the sale.
Returns Policy
All our items are checked thoroughly before sending, there is no warehouse, no team of hired hands to fulfil purchases, we are a small firm with a small unique stock and we take care with everything we do. The likelihood of items being faulty is small and so we will only refund or replace items if they are found to be genuinely faulty and in their original condition. We cannot accept returns of garments with a missing/damaged hygiene seal, or earrings. or items with their tags removed.
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your purchase in which inform us and to return it to us.
The cost of returning anything is the responsibility of the customer. We can of course accept the return of online purchases in-store, but only if accompanied with the corresponding order form and compliant with the policy described on this web page.
All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn/unused with their original tags/packaging.
Please send any returns by recorded delivery - we cannot be held liable for any items lost in the post.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If items are damaged in transit or you discover a fault, you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt of your purchase(s) by sending clear photographs of the item to: sales@loveone.co.uk, describing the problem and your order details so we can then advise you on what to do next.
Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Any item brought to our attention and received outside of the 14 day return period will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
Cancellations
Consumer Contracts Regulations give you the right to cancel your order within 14 days of placing your order and receive a full refund. To cancel your order, please contact sales@loveone.co.uk to obtain a copy of a cancellation form which will allow us to cancel your order. Once completed, please send this form back to us and if your item has already been dispatched to you, return the item in accordance with the Returns Process. Cancellation is only valid if the returned item is in its original condition, unworn/unused with its original tags attached and packaging.
Returns Process
1. Please check that you are returning your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order - anything beyond 14 days cannot be returned.
2. Either print out a copy of your order confirmation email or use the copy that was included with your purchased item.
3. Put the order confirmation and item(s) you wish to return in their original condition and packaging.
4. Seal up the packaging so that the items are completely protected.
5. Once packaged up, address your parcel and send it to:

(You will need to pay for postage and please be sure to obtain proof of posting - just in case your parcel goes astray!).
6. You will receive emails to confirm that we have received your return and when the refund has been processed.
Appearance of Images
The colours you see on your screen may not look exactly the same as the actual product you receive. This is because every computer, smart phone and tablet screen is configured differently, and to add to that, many of our products are produced by crafters and artists, many are completely unique! Hopefully you will think the product looks even more beautiful in real life.
